ColorGenieAI is an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized coloring book pages, multi-page story coloring books, and goal tracking charts for children. The Service allows users to input preferences (such as a child's name, age, and interests) to create unique, printable content.

3. Subscription and Billing

ColorGenieAI offers subscription plans with a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you can access the full features of the Service without charge.

• Your subscription will automatically begin billing at the end of the free trial unless you cancel beforehand.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies.

5. Intellectual Property Ownership

You own your generated content. All coloring pages, stories, and charts that you create using ColorGenieAI belong to you. You have full rights to print, share, gift, and distribute your generated content for personal, non-commercial use.

ColorGenieAI retains ownership of the Service itself, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, and underlying technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COLORGENIEAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results generated by the AI will meet your specific expectations or requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results. We encourage you to review generated content before printing or sharing it with children.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLORGENIEAI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wisconsin.
